Thats Right Our new Basketball/ Dodgeball room opens June 1st 2016 and again it is one of a Kind… There is a lots of lodges to choose from. However none are like Tara . We have everything everyone else has …Big Family Lodge with all the luxuries, Comforts and More. Here is what no One else has.. The largest Inground heated and privately fenced in pool(no heating Charges). 11,000 song professional  Digital touch Karaoke System, with dance floor. A Football and Soccer field … A 30 x 40 Indoor basketball area with 72 glass backboard and all the jazz…And I do mean all the JAZZ..These pictures are Just condtruction pictures shes not done yet.There are too many things to mention… Just believe .. no other lodge comes close to the quality or the quantity of Taras entertainment.

There is no lack of amenities in this house! We have stayed many places from Ohio to Florida and this by far had the best accommodations! We had 17 guests and plenty of room to spare. Our very own private pool, hot tub and sauna and plenty of room for kids to run and have fun. They loved feeding carrots to the horse named Cinnamon! The kids wanted to stay another week and there was so much to do it was hard to get them to leave to see the caves! Between the pool, hot tub, games, football field, game room, karaoke, and too many other awesome things to list there was something for everybody! The home is clean and neat and all we had to bring was food, they have thought of everything else!!!the grown ups enjoyed playing pool and watching the cavs on an incredible 106 inch screen! We were all texting eachother when we got home to discuss our plans to visit again!!! Thanks Grand Tara Lodge for an amazing time! Your prices and amenities cannot be beat! Our family will be back for sure♡

Well Good Morning Hocking Hills, The Grand Tara Lodge is packed full as usual and are summer is going swimmingly. Our brand new pool Liner reall brings beauty to the Tara. Also mecahnicall speaking Tara is new. New fridge, new stove, new diswasher, New hot water tank new a/c and heat. Yep we wre keeping busy during the month off we had. Along with all brand new Sheets , quilts, towels etc. 5 Star is doing a great Job for us as our cleaning crew and we thank Brock and Angie for that. Well Folks The Grand Tara Lodge is at it again this year bringing you newer and Better. Our pool liner is being replaced for our scheduled May 1st opening”weather permitting”. We have a Brand new Gas range and a Brand NewFridge. We moved the other fridge into the Game Room. We hope you all enjoy your yearly visit to the Hocking Hills. Piuctures will follow soon.

Here are some reviews of guest that just recently stayed. The reason I am posting these again is because I have seen several people who would like to hurt Tara. It always seems to be connected somehow to other lodges in the area. We believe that competition is healthy for the  market here in Hocking Hills. At Tara and we often recommend our competitors when we are full. There are many beutiful lodges I have seen post on our google my business and google maps that show pictures of some run downhouse and the individual said it was The Grand Tara Lodge. I had to go in to google and enter not photos of our business. Then I got a 1 star review from an individual who right in the post said she never was at Tara But researched our lodge and said we are lying about our property and decieving people. The Grand Tara Lodge is surrounded by 300 open acres and actually 600 open acres of open rural country side. Please look at the overhead picture. Never have we claim all that is Tara Property.

Really? Does anyone watch Jim Gaffigan. He is so right. Nothing like the indoor locked in smell of Chlorine and musky nasty indoor pool smell. Think about it. Indoor pool? Hate those things. Ok if you want to go swimming in the winter.It Might suffice if you dont mind the intoxicating smell of Chlorine and musky air. That is why we have Hot tubs. There are plenty of beautful lodges with Unbelievable Outdoor pool pavillions and fresh aire and Sun all summer long and yep The Grand Tara Lodge is one of them.Oh Yea along with the most extensive Entertainment anywhere.Pool,ProKaraoke,Indoor basketball/Dodgeball…THAT DONT SMELL LIKE CHLORINE.Poker  Table  and  much  more

Dear Guest you will be very Glad to Know Our Pool will be getting a brand New Beautiful liner this april before summer. As most of you Know we have our new Pavillion so our entire pool area will be amazing. We also added a Brand new Led multi color party light and we have solved the ground current issue with our maitenance staff. We would also like you to know starting November 1st we are switching to all new Premium centium sheets and pillow cases. They are the highest rated linens known. Thats right we keep giving you the best because our customers are the best. Thanks for Continuing to return year after year. We also would like to thank all the new guest.
